Purpose

This policy outlines RYR Ltd’s commitment to sustainability across all areas of operation. It supports our mission to foster inclusive, resilient communities and deliver long-term environmental, social, and economic value.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, volunteers, and third-party representatives. All representatives are expected to act responsibly to minimise environmental impact and promote sustainable practices in all aspects of work.

This policy will be reviewed annually or in response to significant changes in legislation, operations, or stakeholder expectations. Review outcomes will be documented and shared with all staff and stakeholders.

• Implement energy-efficient technologies across all facilities.

• Support nature-based solutions such as rain gardens and green infrastructure.

Promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
