Work experience

We are a business that is interested in supporting young people who are looking for a work experience placement to help further their educational career.

In 2024, we launched our Student Work Experience Programme for school students in Years 10 and 13, as well as university students. The programme is designed to help young people learn, develop, and discover what it’s like to work at RYR, offering valuable professional experience, insight into our business, and the chance to explore a wide range of career opportunities.

We’ll inspire you to grow through your experience with us, helping you to develop new skills, build your confidence, make new friends and broaden your professional network.

You’ll get a first-hand view into the projects we work on, the businesses we work with and the work we do that makes a positive difference for our clients, people and the communities we serve.

Apprenticeships

The RYR Apprenticeship Programme is designed to provide individuals with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in stakeholder engagement.

Our programme focuses on public relations, communications, and customer engagement, ensuring that apprentices receive comprehensive training and support throughout their journey.

As apprenticeship placements are limited to one position at a time and run for a duration of 18 months, opportunities are rare so we encourage those interested to also consider applying for our Student Work Experience Programme to gain valuable insight and experience with RYR.
