National Apprenticeship Week is a powerful reminder of why investing in young people matters.
At RYR Ltd we're committed to creating meaningful social value by opening doors, building confidence, and helping the next generation discover their potential.
We celebrated National Apprenticeship Week with an inspiring day at Neale Wade Academy, a secondary school based in March.
We loved meeting the students, answering questions, and showcasing how apprenticeships and work experience can help young people grow, gain confidence, and explore meaningful career paths.
What is National Apprenticeship Week
National Apprenticeship Week is a UK-wide campaign that celebrates apprenticeships and highlights how they benefit individuals, businesses and the wider economy.
It’s organised annually by the UK Government, led by the Department for Education and the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
What it’s about
Showcasing apprenticeship success stories
Promoting apprenticeship opportunities to students and career changers
Encouraging employers to hire apprentices
Raising awareness of how apprenticeships work across industries
It typically takes place in February each year and involves schools, colleges, training providers, employers and local authorities running events, social campaigns and case studies.
At RYR Ltd we offer work experience placements and apprenticeships when available.
