Dear Colleagues, Clients and Partners

As we close 2025, I want to thank everyone who has contributed to a year of purposeful growth and meaningful impact at RYR Ltd.

Our mission, to create social value through transparent, respectful stakeholder engagement has guided every project, partnership, and conversation.

Together, we have strengthened community trust, supported clients in delivering better outcomes and continued building a business that reflects the values we stand for.

Celebrating what we achieved in 2025

We broadened our client base across public and private sectors and deepened relationships on projects spanning flood risk management, highways, and sustainable development. Clients are increasingly noticing the quality of our work, our proactive engagement, responsive communication, and clear, measurable outcomes and that recognition is translating into new opportunities and longer term partnerships.

Growing digitally

Our digital presence stepped up a gear. Website traffic and brand recognition on social media rose markedly this year, amplifying our project stories, community updates, and thought leadership. This visibility is helping prospective clients understand how we work and the difference we make, while keeping local communities informed and engaged.

Embedding social value

We continued to embed social value into delivery, supporting local initiatives, volunteering, and education outreach, and ensuring community voices are heard through our Public Liaison Officers. I’m especially proud of the team’s fundraising and support for The Ferry Project and donations to FACT and the Wisbech Food Bank, among other local causes. These efforts underline who we are, a company that lives its values in the places we serve.

Achieving ISO 9001 accreditation

One of the most significant milestones this year was achieving ISO 9001 accreditation in September 2025. This was not an overnight success, it was the result of a year of planning, hard work, and cultural change.

• We began by mapping every process across the business to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Policies were rewritten and embedded, ensuring they were not just documents but living practices used every day.

• We introduced new initiatives, including structured audits, risk assessments, and feedback loops, to make quality management part of our DNA.

• Training sessions and workshops helped every team member understand their role in maintaining standards and driving continuous improvement.

Today, these systems are not just compliance measures, they are tools we use daily to deliver consistent, reliable service and to build trust with clients and communities. This achievement reflects our commitment to excellence and sets the foundation for continuous improvement in 2026 and beyond.

Advancing environmental commitments

Alongside ISO 9001, we advanced our environmental commitments, expanding carbon reduction actions, supporting biodiversity projects, and integrating our ESG strategy into day to day operations. These foundations enable consistent, reliable service and a culture of improvement.

Working together

Integrity, inclusivity, and social responsibility are more than words to us. They shape how we design engagement, how we treat people, and how we measure success. We are a Living Wage employer; we invest in training and wellbeing; and we hold ourselves accountable to the communities we work within. When we say, “working together, we can make a difference,” it’s because we see that difference every week on sites, in schools, and across local networks.

Looking ahead to 2026

In 2026, we will embed continuous improvement even more systematically across our business, using data, audits, and feedback loops to refine processes, reduce waste, and lift quality. This will include clearer KPIs for engagement effectiveness, tighter operational controls, and enhancements to our learning and development framework.

We’ll deepen our social value reporting, align initiatives more closely with client outcomes, and continue to reduce our environmental footprint, supporting biodiversity actions and low carbon choices in procurement and travel.

We will leverage our increased social media reach to share transparent updates, highlight local partnerships, and showcase the impact delivered on projects, making it easier for stakeholders to find information, give feedback, and see results.

Thank you

To our clients, thank you for your continued support and trusting us to engage your stakeholders and communities.

To our partners and local organisations, thank you as your collaboration makes better outcomes possible.

And to the RYR team, your professionalism, empathy, and dedication are the bedrock of our reputation and I thank you for trusting in me.

Here’s to a 2026 defined by continuous improvement, stronger relationships, and social value delivered together.

Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Yours sincerely
