RYR Ltd is committed to environmental stewardship and sustainable development. This policy outlines our approach to minimising environmental impact across all operations and promoting responsible practices that align with our values and stakeholder expectations.


We aim to foster a culture of environmental awareness and sustainability across the company.


This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and consultants working on behalf of RYR Ltd, including activities conducted in the office, on-site, and during stakeholder interactions.
 

RYR Ltd will comply with or exceed the requirements of all relevant environmental legislation and regulations, including:
 

• Environmental Protection Act 1990
• Climate Change Act 2008
• Environment Act 2021
• Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011
• Control of Pollution Act 1974

The Environment Action Plan formalises RYR Ltd’s commitment to environmental sustainability by outlining clear actions that reduce environmental impact, support biodiversity, and align with national
and local environmental goals.

 

Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or in response to significant changes in legislation, operations, or stakeholder expectations. Oversight will be provided by the Director.
