Monica Stonham has built a distinguished career in stakeholder communications and engagement over the past 30 years.​

 

Her journey began with a strong foundation in public relations, where she honed her skills in creating and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Throughout her career, Monica has demonstrated a keen ability to navigate challenging and dynamic environments, always bringing her cheerful personality, assertiveness, and creativity to every project.​

 

Monica's extensive experience includes working closely with various teams to manage and advise on customer and engagement activities. She is also been instrumental in developing and delivering training programs and providing further training opportunities.

 

​In addition to her practical experience, Monica has continuously sought to enhance her professional qualifications. She is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, a testament to her commitment to excellence in her field. Her proactive approach and collaborative spirit have made her a valued member of every team she has been a part of, consistently striving for excellence and delivering outstanding results.

 

Monica's dedication to her profession is evident in her ability to adapt her communication style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders, ensuring that she remains approachable and empathetic. Her confidence and problem-solving skills have been the foundation for her success in public and client-facing roles, where she acts as an effective communicator and is committed to supporting and resolving issues for any community she works with.

Rhiannon, Monica’s eldest daughter, has been working and supporting Monica behind the scenes at RYR Ltd since 2017.

 

She plays an integral part in our business, and her role has evolved over the years. Initially, she managed our administrative activities, which have naturally grown with the business. She now leverages her law training to provide HR support and works with our accountants to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Rhiannon is a qualified solicitor, having completed her training at a local law firm and qualifying in August 2024. She earned her LLB Law Undergraduate Degree in 2020 and her LLM LPC Master's Degree in 2021 from Nottingham Trent University.

Yazmin, Monica’s youngest daughter, has been part of the RYR team since 2018. She began her professional career in hair styling and now leverages her excellent customer care and engagement skills as one of our experienced Public Liaison Officers.

Yazmin has an enthusiastic personality and thrives in public and client-facing roles, especially in challenging and dynamic environments. She is flexible and approachable, adept at evaluating situations, and providing solutions that benefit all parties involved.

​

As our STEM Ambassador, Yazmin leads our educational programme, a volunteer initiative that has been running for over 20 years. She dedicates her time, passion, and energy to visiting schools, colleges, and youth group organisations, offering a wide range of activities to young people, including career talks that link STEM subjects to the real world of work.

​

Currently, Yazmin is studying with the Oxford College of Marketing through the Chartered Institute of Public Relations for her Professional Certificate in Public Relations, which she will complete in July 2025.

 

She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations

Eleanor joined RYR Ltd in October 2024 and has over a decade of experience in the construction industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

 

She previously managed the East Anglia territory for a leading British manufacturer, overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.

Eleanor is a dedicated, self-motivated, and enthusiastic professional known for her tenacity and commitment to client and customer relations. She takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring that client needs are always prioritised. Her academic background includes a degree in Business Management, which she leverages to inform her strategic approach to project coordination and business operations.

 

Eleanor is our ISO9001 lead, providing essential business management support to the team. She streamlines our processes, manages day-to-day administration, and maps out our next steps as a company.

Her proactive approach and collaborative spirit make her a valued member of the team as we continue to strive for excellence.

​

Eleanor is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Jill joined the RYR team in March 2023 as a Public Liaison Officer and is a passionate and empathetic individual who uses her 36 years of experience in customer service to provide a genuine and committed service to the communities, she works in.

​

Working on the Middle Level Commissioners bank raising scheme in March, Cambridgeshire, Jill focuses on ensuring the public is both supported and informed at all times. With experience in both customer and client-facing roles, she has strong communication skills and the ability to engage clearly with our wide range of stakeholders.

 

Jill enjoys working closely with people in challenging environments, utilising her customer service skills and experience. She is able to adapt her style to each individual’s needs while ensuring she remains approachable and empathetic

Jill manages our Social Value Portal with exceptional dedication and efficiency. As the Social Value Champion, the Social Value Portal tracks the impact and effectiveness of our and our clients' social value initiatives.

Jill is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Institute of Customer Service. 

Casey is a highly organised and proactive Public Liaison Officer with a strong
foundation in public relations, stakeholder communication, and operational support. With a career spanning healthcare, logistics, construction, and administration, Casey brings a unique blend of people-focused service and behind-the-scenes efficiency to her role at RYR.

Her PR experience is rooted in her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. Whether coordinating logistics for large teams, managing sensitive communications, or supporting public-facing initiatives, Casey consistently demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a keen understanding of audience engagement. Her time in administrative roles—particularly at Kings Lynn Construction and DFDS—honed her skills in managing communications, scheduling, and stakeholder updates, all of which are essential in a PR environment.

 

Casey’s background in healthcare has also shaped her empathetic and responsive communication style, making her a trusted liaison for both internal teams and the public. She is adept at adapting her tone and approach to suit diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency across all interactions.
 

In her personal time, Casey is a passionate rugby coach and player for the women’s team, the March Bears in Cambridgeshire. She not only plays and coaches for the adult team but also coaches the under-12s Mini Bears team, bringing her leadership, teamwork, and mentoring skills to the pitch—qualities that seamlessly translate into her professional life.
